Transerco launches Long Bien-Bat Trang Bus Route to Serve Tet Holidays
Hanoi Transport Corp. (Hanoi Transerco) has launched a new bus route, No.47, running from Long Bien to Bat Trang which aims to better serve passengers, especially during the New Year holidays.
Travelling on this bus route, the passengers will be able to see the prestigious Bat Trang village, which is famous for its ceramic items.
The buses will start running from 5 a.m to 8 p.m with 144 trips a day and a trip interval frequency of 10-15 minutes. The single ticket price is VND3,000.
By the end of November 2005, Hanoi Transerco has transported 270 million passengers, an increase of 6 per cent from the same period last year. The company estimates to carry total 300 million passengers for the whole year.
