Premier health and wellness company Herbalife Vietnam continued collaborating with Suc Khoe and Doi Song (SKDS) Newspaper under the Ministry of Health, by organizing the Vietnam Community Nutrition Day at Tao Dan Park, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

The event was aimed at raising public awareness of the important role of nutrition in health, enabling more people to learn about science-based nutrition, and highlighting ways groups of like-minded people can support and motivate one another to adopt healthier habits.
Vu Van Thang, General Manager for Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia said, “Our continued sponsorship of the Vietnam Community Nutrition Day is aligned with our mission of helping Vietnamese people live healthier on a daily basis and achieve long-term health and wellness goals through balanced nutrition combined with active lifestyles. Mr. Tran Tuan Linh, Editor-in-Chief of Suc Khoe Doi Song, Head of the Organizing Committee, said, "The Vietnam Community Nutrition Day 2024 event is a health festival that brings people together to encourage and inspire the public to adopt healthy and active lifestyles. The 25 teams participating in today's event emphasize the growing trend of group training and communal focus on healthier eating habits. The motivation and support from being part of a community with similar goals can enhance each individual's journey, fostering a more engaging experience, improved self-discipline, and increased the likelihood of success."

More than 1,000 locals visiting the Vietnam Community Nutrition Day were given the opportunity to receive personalized advice on nutrition and fitness from top health and nutrition experts from Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City. In addition, an exciting nutritional knowledge and physical competition was held for participants to take part in challenges related to nutritional knowledge and sports performance/exercise, such as aerobic dance, aerobics, Zumba, and gymnastics.
