Sinh Phinh: Determined for Breakthrough in New Phase

Following the merger, Sinh Phinh commune has entered the 2025-2030 term with renewed energy, confidence, and high expectations. The first Congress of its Party Committee marks a landmark event, setting the direction, goals, and major tasks to drive the locality toward comprehensive and sustainable development. This is not merely a continuation of tradition; it reflects the will and determination of the entire Party Committee and the people to make their homeland increasingly prosperous.

Aspiring growth from potential and strengths

Sinh Phinh is a locality with substantial agricultural-forestry and community-tourism development potential. The first Congress of the Party Committee of the commune affirmed the objective: “Continue enhancing the leadership capacity and combat effectiveness of the Party Committee; harness the strength of ethnic-group solidarity; accelerate economic development by effectively exploiting potential and strengths linked with environmental protection, climate-change response and making tourism an important economic sector; determined to build Sinh Phinh for sustainable development.”

Over the next five years, the commune aims for an average annual growth in total product value (RGDP) of 11%, grain-cereal output of 8,000 tons, and a forest-cover rate of 45.47%. In particular, the commune will prioritize tea as a key product, targeting fresh-leaf tea output of 70 tons, planting 5,000 tea trees across scattered plots, and upgrading its current OCOP (One Commune One Product) offering.

Core tasks and three strategic breakthroughs

The congress approved seven core tasks, among which stand out: developing agriculture and forestry linked with the application of science and technology; focusing resources on tourism development and cultural-value preservation; investing in comprehensive rural infrastructure; ensuring social welfare and sustainable poverty reduction; maintaining political security and social order.

Furthermore, three strategic breakthroughs were identified:

Improving the quality of the workforce to meet development demands in the new context.

Developing tourism into a major economic sector, leveraging the locality’s potential and strengths.

Strengthening the application of science and technology, digital transformation, and create momentum to advance socio-economic development.

These guidelines not only lay the foundation for long-term development but also reflect the resolve to innovate and break through, enabling Sinh Phinh to catch up with broader development trends.

Secretary of Sinh Phinh’s Party Committee, Nguyen Minh Tuan, affirmed: “The first Congress of the Party Committee of the commune is a major milestone, opening a new chapter of development for Sinh Phinh after the merger. We clearly define that, to succeed, we must mobilize the strength of all people, harness all available resources, draw on support from higher levels and awaken the aspiration to rise in every cadre, Party member and citizen. Each target and task in the resolution is not just a number but a pledge to the people. The entire Party Committee will strive to turn the Resolution into reality, making Sinh Phinh a shining example in sustainable agriculture, community tourism and building a new-style rural area.”

By 2030, Sinh Phinh aims for average per-capita income of VND32 million per year; an average poverty-rate reduction of 5% per year; 100% of citizens with digital-identity accounts; over 95% with electronic health records; more than 50% with digital signatures; the commune meeting at least 16 new-style rural criteria; and establishing 3 to 5 villages that meet the new-style rural standard.

These goals reflect strong determination, ambitious aspiration and provide the confidence for the Party Committee, government and people of Sinh Phinh to unite, advance steadily on their path of development.

With political determination, spirit of solidarity and popular consensus, it is believed that Sinh Phinh will successfully complete the set targets and tasks, gradually realize the aspiration for sustainable development and build an increasingly prosperous homeland.
