The Shopee Cup™ Trophy Tour made a vibrant stop at AEON Mall Long Bien on the afternoon of January 10, offering Hanoi football fans a rare opportunity to meet national team players and view the Southeast Asian Club Championship trophy up close.

The event turned the mall’s central atrium into a lively football-themed space as the Shopee Cup™-the official trophy of the regional club championship was displayed publicly in Hanoi for the first time. Crafted by renowned British silversmith Thomas Lyte, the trophy immediately drew large crowds eager to take photos and join interactive activities.

A major attraction of the program was the Meet & Greet session featuring Vietnamese national team members competing in the Shopee Cup™. Midfielder Nguyen Quang Hai and defender Doan Van Hau of Hanoi Police FC, along with forward Nguyen Van Toan and midfielder Nguyen Tuan Anh of Nam Dinh FC, were welcomed enthusiastically by supporters who queued for autographs, photos, and brief conversations.

Speaking at the event, Quang Hai said the energy from Hanoi fans provided “strong motivation” as teams move deeper into the competition. Doan Van Hau expressed his gratitude for the warm reception, noting that community events such as the Trophy Tour help strengthen the connection between players and supporters.

The program also included football mini-games, freestyle performances, photo zones with club jerseys, cheerleading acts, and a lucky draw hosted by Shopee and its partners. These activities created a festive atmosphere enjoyed by families, young people, and football enthusiasts alike.

According to tournament updates, after three group-stage matches, Nam Dinh FC currently leads Group B with a perfect record, while Hanoi Police FC stands fourth in Group A. The Shopee Cup™ will resume with the next round of matches on January 28–29 before progressing to the knockout stage later in the season.

Following its Hanoi stop, the Trophy Tour will move on to Thailand and Malaysia as part of its regional promotional schedule ahead of the tournament’s final rounds.
