The site will daily report economic-social, culture, security events in Vietnam and also foreign policies of the country in Chinese, the language used by the largest number of people in the world (more than 1 billion).

The sites will also offer a database about the Communist Party, Vietnam and also late President Ho Chi Minh. Especially, the web will inform all cooperative activities between the communist parties and governments of Vietnam and China.
