Trung Thanh IP Pushes to Complete Infrastructure, Boosting Green Investment Attraction

With its strategic location and a modern, fully integrated technical infrastructure system, Trung Thanh Industrial Park in Ninh Binh Province is completing the necessary conditions to capture a new wave of investment. The project prioritizes high-tech and environmentally friendly industries, aligning economic growth with sustainable development, and reinforcing its position as a promising new destination for green industry in the province.

With a total investment of over VND1.657 trillion and the total area of 200 hectares, Trung Thanh Industrial Park is located in Tan Minh Commune, Ninh Binh Province (formerly part of Y Yen District, Nam Dinh Province). The project benefits from a strategic location, just 02 km from the Liem Son interchange connecting to the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway, and adjacent to Provincial Road 495B, enabling convenient transportation and regional connectivity.

From Trung Thanh Industrial Park, access to key economic centers is highly efficient, with Hanoi city center just 75 km away, Noi Bai International Airport about 100 km, and Hai Phong Port around 110 km. This well-synchronized transport infrastructure allows businesses to reduce delivery times, optimize logistics costs, enhance operational efficiency, and integrate more effectively into global supply chains.

To prepare for a new wave of investment by the end of 2026, Capella Land has demonstrated strong commitment to accelerating infrastructure development immediately following the groundbreaking ceremony in August 2025. Construction is being implemented. Key components including roads, power supply, water supply and drainage, and wastewater treatment are being developed to modern standards, meeting the operational requirements of high-tech industries. Notably, Phase 1 of the wastewater treatment plant has been officially swiftly moved into construction, showed the Capella Land’s commitment to environmentally responsible industrial development.

In addition, 15% of the total land area is allocated to green spaces and water features, creating an ecological landscape that enhances both the working environment and the quality of life for employees and experts.
