Following formal acceptance of its Phase 1 infrastructure, Prodezi Industrial Park (IP) is expanding its manufacturing community with 03 new projects spanning yarn, polycarbonate, and fragrances, flavorings and seasonings. Since late August, the projects have reached key milestones, including the presentation of an Investment Registration Certificate, the signing of a Land Use Right Sublease Agreement and a site handover, as investment commitments progress toward implementation.

With a combined investment of more than VND 600 billion, equivalent to USD 24 million, the three projects broaden the park’s manufacturing base and create additional demand for materials, logistics, technical services and solutions for factory operations. These requirements provide a basis for Prodezi to develop networks of businesses and suppliers around actual demand, building a connected manufacturing ecosystem and laying the groundwork for future industrial symbiosis.
Partnering with investors to advance project delivery
A Singaporean investor is developing the Leachan Vietnam yarn manufacturing plant on a site of more than 3.5 hectares, with a total investment exceeding VND 500 billion, approximately USD 20 million. On August 28, 2026, a Leachan Vietnam representative received the project’s Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) at the 2026 Tay Ninh Investment Promotion Conference. The presentation took place in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau, central government and Tay Ninh provincial leaders, and representatives of international organizations and associations. Under the announced schedule, construction is expected to be completed and operations to begin in late 2027.
In late August, Prodezi also officially signed a Land Use Right Sublease Agreement (LSA) with Top Asia Investment and Production Joint Stock Company for the Top Asia polycarbonate manufacturing plant. With a total investment of nearly VND 70 billion, approximately USD 2.5 million, the project adds plastics production to the park’s industry mix.

On September 11, 2026, Prodezi handed over a site to a Vietnamese investor for a factory producing fragrances, flavorings and seasonings for the food and cosmetics industries. The project has a total investment of approximately VND 40 billion, equivalent to nearly USD 1.5 million, and is expected to begin operations in late 2027.
As projects move into construction, timely coordination and infrastructure readiness are critical to maintaining schedules. For manufacturers, time saved on site preparation, utility connections or design coordination can directly affect capital disbursement schedules, equipment installation and the start of operations.
With its 122-hectare Phase 1 infrastructure formally accepted, Prodezi works with each investor from the design stage to review technical requirements and agree on arrangements for power and water supply, wastewater collection and treatment. It also connects project teams with consultants, contractors and service providers appropriate to each stage of development. The focus is on streamlining coordination, addressing potential bottlenecks and keeping construction and preparations for operations on schedule.
Stronger Regional Supply Chains for Sustainable Growth
The three projects will supply inputs to different industries. Leachan Vietnam will produce yarn for the textile and garment sector, Top Asia will manufacture polycarbonate products, and the Vietnamese investor’s facility will supply fragrances, flavorings and seasonings for food and cosmetics production. Once operational, these plants are expected to expand regional manufacturing capacity and create opportunities for collaboration with customers, suppliers and service providers across their respective supply chains.
Their operations will also require ancillary materials, packaging, warehousing and logistics, maintenance, labor and technical services. As it expands its investor base, Prodezi aims to attract and connect suppliers based on these practical requirements. Access to supplies and services closer to production sites can shorten response times, give manufacturers greater control over sourcing and improve cost efficiency.

Supply chain development is part of Prodezi’s broader approach to investor and operational services. The park connects businesses with partners in logistics, energy, environmental services, human resources and construction. Opportunities for collaboration are evaluated against commercial needs, supplier capabilities and technical requirements, with a view to developing partnerships both within and beyond the park.
This approach also reflects Prodezi’s eco-industrial park strategy, which prioritizes resource efficiency and collaboration among businesses. Prodezi plans to use operating data and information on each factory’s production technologies to identify suitable opportunities for shared services, resource optimization and industrial symbiosis. The aim is to strengthen supply chain connections while improving the efficiency of energy, water and raw material use.
In the next phase, Prodezi plans further site handovers to new investors while working with businesses that have signed agreements to accelerate construction and preparations for operations. The expansion of its manufacturing community, alongside the development of supplier and service networks, is expected to create more opportunities for collaboration across value chains, improve operational efficiency and strengthen Tay Ninh’s appeal as a destination for industrial investment.
Developed by Prodezi Long An Corporation, Prodezi Eco-centric Industrial Park spans 400 hectares in Luong Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh Province. The park’s eco-industrial development strategy is aligned with the criteria set out in the Vietnamese Government’s Decree No. 35/2022/ND-CP. Prodezi prioritizes resource efficiency, business collaboration and industrial symbiosis while developing a sustainable manufacturing environment to meet the evolving environmental, social and governance (ESG) requirements of domestic and international investors. |
