FGR Awards Vietnamese Ambassador
On May 3, 2006, German Ambassador Weber-Lortsch by the authorisation of FRG President awarded Ambassador Chu Tuan Cap Order of Merits for his contribution to development of friendship between the two countries.
Graduated from Dresden University, Mr Chu Tuan Cap served many terms as Vietnamese diplomat in Germany and in 1994-1997 as Ambassador to FRG. He later was Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs and currently Ambassador to Japan.
