International IT and Business Education in HCM City

Kent International was established four years in partnership with CBAM the training arm of VCCI. In late 2004, Kent International became 100 per cent Australian owned and now operates under the license of Kent Institute of Business & Technology, a registered training organization based in Sydney, Australia.
 
Located in the centre of Dist 1, HCM city, Kent provides modern teaching facilities with well equipped classrooms in a modern 2 office building. Using the latest Australian curricula, Kent International offers a range of Business, IT & English programs. Its teachers are sourced from overseas as well as leading educators/industry experts within Vietnam .
 
Since its establishment, some 350 students have graduated with Diplomas & certificates in Information Technology (IT), Business Management courses. Kent’s programs are offered as full-time or part time programs, with day-time & evening classes available in most courses.
 
Twenty percent of Kent’s graduates continue their studies overseas with Singapore becoming a popular destination. This is due to the articulation agreement between Kent & James Cook University. Kent International has a number of articulation agreements with well known Australian Universities.
 
 However the majority of Kent’s students gain employment with well known Vietnamese companies and foreign companies operating here. Kent International offers job placement, career guidance for its students.
 
Kent’s Foundation Program is well known for preparing students for overseas studies with academic English, western study skills covering such areas as research skills, problem solving, presentation & teamwork skills.
 
Yearly Kent International provides a number of scholarships to socially disadvantaged students from select high schools around HCMC.
 
This year the 20 scholarships are valued at US$ 35,000-00.
 
In the last 2 years Kent International has developed and conducted specific corporate training programs for Vietnam Airlines as well as other small to medium size companies.
