VIB Bank to Launch Moneygram Services

The Vietnam International Bank (VIB Bank) will launch the MoneyGram international express money transfer services in Vietnam in co-operation with MoneyGram, a global express money transfer of the US.

 

Accordingly, via MoneyGram’s network with over 92,000 agents in 170 countries and territories, customers can easily transfer money to Vietnam. Minutes after money is transferred from any agent of MoneyGram, Vietnamese beneficiaries can receive money at any branch of VIB Bank in Vietnam.

 

Procedures of the service are very easy to use: a sender goes to a MoneyGram agent with his or her personal papers and fills a transfer form, then receives a code from the agent before informing it to beneficiaries. Beneficiaries can go to any branch of the VIB Bank with their personal papers and fill a reception form. Both sender and beneficiaries do not need open accounts at the two banks.
