Annually, the company organises testing rounds and signs labour contracts (38 long-term and 14 short term ones). Each working team is enlarged o 41 people from 38. It also learns experience from other companies and satisfactorily settles earlier retirements for its workers. It continues improving operational efficiency of its professional divisions and the productivity of its workshops. Nui Thanh Garment Joint Stock Company also convinces its staff to take part in social activities. In 2005, the company saw the growth rate of 25 per cent. This is a result of the sturdy endeavour and devotion of the entire people.
