Singaporean Firms Seek Investment in Real Estate in Vietnam

A group of 16 Singaporean housing and urban infrastructure developers has recently met and exchanged information with Vietnamese firms to seek business opportunities.

 

A representative of the group said Singaporean firms arrived in Vietnam with the expectation of working competent organs in provinces and cities to expand relation networks, meeting local real estate development companies and State-funded organs and State-run companies which hold land funds to discuss housing and urban development investment cooperation.

 

In more than a decade, Singaporean investors pioneered in the property field. Remarkable Singapore-invested deluxe real estate projects include Vietcombank Tower (Hanoi), PetroVietnam (Vung Tau), Saigon Centre, Villa Riviera and Saigon Sport City (Ho Chi Minh City)
