In 2004, APC started a CRM transformation program. The goal was to continuously improve the customer's experience at every touch point and provide the level of service needed to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. The automated program was designed to track and report failed customer interactions and supply that data to the process improvement teams. This system gave these teams the opportunity to focus on what is truly needed to improve the value and experience we provide to our customers.
"We'd like to extend our sincere congratulations to all InformationWeek 500 honorees.
