Habubank Increases Charter Capital to VND 900 Billion

On October 16, 2006, Habubank registered to have charter capital of VND 900 billion, tripling that of late 2005. The bank is now fourth among commercial joint stock banks in terms of charter capital. Habubank will continue to increase its charter capital to at least VND 1,000 billion in late 2006.

 

So far, total assets of the bank have reached more than VND 12,000 billion, up by 120 per cent against late of 2005. Its equity has reached VND 1,400 billion, equal to 150 per cent of its charter capital. It total loans reached VND 5,300 billion, up by 50 per cent against late of 2005. Its accumulative business result in the past nine months reached 130 per cent of 2005. In October, Habubank will open three more branches and offices in Hanoi and Haiphong.
