PM Guides Ministries to Prepare WTO "Reception"
The Prime Minister on November 6 issued the Official Document 1791/TTg-QHQT to instruct the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to carry out several activities right after Vietnam joins the WTO on November 7. to instruct the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to carry out several activities right after Vietnam joins the WTO on November 7.
The Prime Minister required the ministries and related organs to quickly complete procedures and documents of WTO admission to submit to the State President and the National Assembly for consideration and ratification. Specifically, before November 13, the Ministry of Trade cooperates with relevant ministries and organs to complete the Report to submit to the National Assembly for consideration and ratification of the WTO Admission Protocol and related documents. The Ministry of Justice accomplishes draft Decree to send to the National Assembly to ratify the WTO Admission Protocol and related documents. The two ministries are also required to make reports on the Government Standing Committee.
