Awarding "Vietnam Talents 2006" Prizes

The Organising Committee of the “Vietnam Talents 2006” Contest will award two first prizes, two second prizes and two third prizes to two types of products: widely applied product and potentially applied (finished) product.

On October 27, the Organising Committee announced the list of 19 products finals out of 186 products registered for the competition. Of the finals, 09 are widely applied products and 10 are products that have been finished and have a high potentiality of practical application. Hanoi has contributed nine products, Ho Chi Minh City seven, Da Nang City two and Hue City one.

 

The prize-awarding ceremony of the “Vietnam Talents 2006” Contest will be aired live at 20.00 on November 20, 2006 on VTV3 channel of the Vietnam Television. Each first prize winner will be presented VND100 million (US$6,250). The runner-up and the third-prize winner will be given VND50 million and VND30 million each, respectively.
