Thang Long Puppetry Serves APEC

Thang Long Puppetry House, set up in October 1969 in the Vietnamese capital of Hanoi, now has two performance companies with many star artists. The house also has a puppet production workshop which serves not only the performances of the house but also the tourism industry.

 

To welcome heads of state, delegation chiefs and business communities to the 14^th APEC 2006 Summit, Thang Long Puppetry House was selected to perform puppetries for Heads of State in Hanoi. This is a good chance for the house to introduce the unique arts model of Vietnam to international friends, sowing more impressions of the Vietnamese land and people on our international friends.
