15 Airports Approved Overall Plans

According to the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam (CAAV), 15 out of 22 airports have their overall plans approved, including Gia Lam, Dien Bien Phu, Na San, Vinh, Dong Hoi, Phu Bai, Pleiku, Cam Ranh, Phu Cat, Buon Ma Thuot, Ca Mau, Rach Gia, Con Son, Lien Khuong and Can Tho.

The CAAV has cooperated with local authorities to complete comprehensive plans for 11 airports. In the coming time, the overall plans for Cat Bi and Chu Lai airports will be finished and submitted for approval.

Adjustments to development plans for Noi Bai, Danang, Tuy Hoa, Phu Quoc and Long Thanh airports are also being completed.
