The park is expected to be built in District 2 and the hi-tech park in District 9 with a total area of 30 hectares for two phases. It is expected to attract small and medium-sized and foreign companies, operating in software design and outsourcing. Teco is the owner of the NanKang Software Park on 10 hectares in Taipei, which has revenues of US$10 billion each year.
