Expanding Logistics Service to the United States

On April 3, DHL announced coverage expansion of its industry-defining Time Definite Delivery (TDD) product, which is now available in three geographic regions covering the Asia Pacific, Europe, and the newly-added United States. The expansion enables DHL customers in Vietnam to ship, via the extensive TDD network, to 34 countries.

With 34 countries in the Asia Pacific, Europe and the USA added to the list of destinations, customers can now send shipments to even more places around the world with guaranteed delivery time.

TDD comprises StartDay Express and MidDay Express, providing customers with guaranteed door-to-door delivery, with latest collection times. Key features of the TDD service are the money-back guarantee and pro-active shipment notifications.
