VNA Fulfils 25 Per Cent of Yearly Revenue Plan in First Quarter

Vietnam Airlines carried out 26,395 tonnes of cargo in the first quarter this year, fulfilling 22 per cent of the target set for this year and representing an on-year increase of 6 per cent. Of the sum, 16,292 tonnes were moved within Vietnamese territories and 8,599 tonnes were carried to other nations. VNA posted total revenues of VND4,871 billion, fulfilling 25 per cent of annual target. Its VASCO contributed VND14.28 billion.

 

VNA carried out 14,031 flights, including many VIP flights.

 

VNA continues simplifying business procedures and is introducing its e-ticket programme. Vietnam Airlines is preparing to open a route from Vietnam to the US.
