The enterprises and the organisations can enter website: www.hanoitrade.com.vn of Hanoi Trade Department or directly access on website: www.stmhn-vpdd.gov.vn to get the support to register for operating license.
In May, Hanoi Trade Department, as expected, will officially activate this service. After fulfilling the registration form as instruction, the representative of the organisation or of the enterprise just comes to hand in the original documents Hanoi Trade Department and get the license here.
This will help the enterprises save time and avoid the complex procedures in establishing the representative offices. Besides, the authorities can conduct the remote surveillance for the activities of representative offices, for instance, changing or supplementing line of business, re-issuing the license if there is any change of address or the chief representative, etc.
