Establishment of Large-scale Real Estate Inc.

Recently, Vietnamese Machinery Installation Cosrporation (Lilama) has co-ordinated with the Hanoi real-estate joint stock company to be two main founders of Lilama Real Estate Inc. with the excepted charter capital up to VND 1,000.

 

The aims of Lilama Land Inc. are to invest and operate in the large projects with value up to million of dollars. The company has drawn a lot of attention of domestic and foreign investors, especially the good finance investors who want to be its strategic stockholders. Lilama now has had 4 strategic stockholders, the most salient one of whom is Ban Bayrent Vres Capital (BBV) of America.
