Transforming Vinaconex into Joint Stock Corp

The Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Corporation (Vinaconex) hosted a ceremony transforming Vinaconex into a joint stock corporation at its headquarters in Vinaconex Building, Trung Hoa - Nhan Chinh Urban Zone, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi on June 21, 2007.

 

VINACONEX is one of the first three State-run corporations allowed to pilot equitisation under Decision No. 84/2004/QD-TTg dated May 13, 2004 and Decision No. 56/2005/QD-TTg dated March 18, 2005. The corporation officially transformed into a joint stock corporation December 1, 2006.
