Work to Start on US$400 Mln Complex in Dong Nai Next Month
Vina Dai Phuoc, a joint venture between VinaCapital and Development Investment and Construction Company (DIC) will start to build a US$400 million urban-tourism complex next month in southern Dong Nai province, local Thanh Nien Daily newspaper said.
The Dai Phuoc Lotus complex, a part of Nhon Trach district’s Dai Phuoc Ecotourism Urban Area, will include offices, hotels, apartments, hospital, school, tourism service area and cultural park.
Construction of the 200-hectare complex is slated for completion in 2016.
VinaCapital, an investment management group, now manages four funds valued at US$1.8 billion in Vietnam, including the US$633 million VinaLand Fund whose shares are listed in London Stock Exchange. (Thanh Nien Daily)
