Work Starts on Industrial Park in Central Vietnam

The People’s Committee of central Binh Dinh province on February 28 began construction on Ham Kiem I and II Industrial Parks located in Ham Thuan Nam district.
 
The 143.2 hectare Ham Kiem I Industrial Park (IP) is invested by the local Hoang Quan Real Estate Consulting Trade and Services Company.
 
Ham Kiem II, invested by Binh Tan Consumer Product, covers a total area of 427.45 hectares.
 
The two IPs will be built under international standards, meeting both domestic and foreign investors’ requirements. The parks will be built with electricity systems, waste treatment plants, depots, goods transhipment services and communication networks.
Truong Thai Son, Deputy General Director of Hoang Quan Real Estate Company said, “The company will invest around VND 200 billion in the IPs. Ham Kiem I IP will prioritize projects in the processing and engineering sectors, electronics, wood processing, consumer goods and furniture production.”
