US$5Mln Invested in Digiworld Corporation by Mekong Capital

On December 03  2008, Mekong Capital announced that the Mekong Enterprise Fund II, Ltd. has completed an investment of  US$5 million in Digiworld Corporation. This is the eighth investment of the Fund, which was launched in June 2006.

Digiworld Corporation, founded in 1997, is currently the authorized distributor for Acer, HP-Compaq, Dell, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Lexmark, InFocus, and Logitech. The year 2007 arked a significantly successful milestone in Digiworld’s 10-year development when it reached VND1,000 billion in revenue.
