Vietnam Airlines to Resume Flights to Thailand from Dec 6
The national flag carrier, Vietnam Airlines, announced it will resume flights from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to Bangkok via Suvarnabhumi airport from December 6, local media reported.
The airline will conduct two flights a day and passengers can buy tickets at its sale agents nationwide.
From November 26 to December 5, Vietnam Airlines had to cancel more than 20 flights from the two cities to Bangkok due to politic instability here.
The interruption of flights to Thailand caused huge losses to Vietnam Airlines, but specific figures of the loss have not been revealed. (The People, Labor)
