70 Thai Biz Displaying Products at Danang Spring Fair 2009
Over 150 enterprises, including 70 Thai ones with 100 stands are showcasing their sparkling products at Danang Spring Fair 2009 opened Jan. 13 at central Danang city.
The week-long fair with over 300 booths features a wide range of products such as apparel, footwear, handicrafts, jewelry, cosmetics, foodstuff and household utensils.
The Danang Trade Promotion Information Center, the Ho Chi Minh City-based Thailand Trade Office co-organized the event, which creates a good chance for both Thai and Vietnamese businesses to promote their products and seek more partners.
Vietnam and Thailand established the trade ties two decades ago and the bilateral trade had seen a steady growth rate to reach US$5 billion in 2007. It is expected to double by 2010. (Vietnam & World Economy)
