Turkey Targets US$1 Bln Trade with Vietnam in 2010

Turkish President Abdullah Gul has targeted US$1 billion trade with Vietnam in 2010, up from US$600 million in 2008, the state-run Vietnam News Agency.
 
Abdullah Gul told Vietnamese Ambassador Duong Huynh Lap who presented a credential on March 4 that potentials for trade, economic expansion with the Southeast Asian country are very great.
 
The Turkish president hails vibrant achievements made by Vietnam during its doi moi period.
 
Ambassador Lap conveyed best regards from President Triet, affirmed a boost to the comprehensive ties will be a focus. (VNA)
