Founded in June 1999 with initial factory acreage of 1 hectares, a workforce of 400 workers and a monthly output of 15containers, Tien Dat Furniture has endlessly strived to increase annual sales to US$20.1 million in 2006, US$30.2 million in 2007 and US$36 million in 2008. Its factories now cover 19 ha and employ more than 3,000 workers. The monthly output is 180 containers.

Apart from traditional customers in EU nations like France, the UK, Germany, Belgium and Italia, the company has expanded its network to new markets like the US, Argentina, Russia, Australia and Eastern European countries. Timbers are imported and compatible with certifications like Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Tropical Forest Trust (TFT). The production is governed by ISO 9001-2000 certification and FSC Chain of Custody programme (COC).
