An Hung Phat boats a professional contingent of sellers who will give honest and appropriate advice to customers to buy the best products. An Hung Phat products will have a five-year warranty on them for technical problems. During the construction and development process, An Hung Phat has made a great difference for each product thanks to its skilled craftsmen and workers selected from traditional handicraft villages and professional model designers. Therefore, 90 per cent of the company’s products satisfied both local and foreign customers’ demand.
To stand firm in the competition period, An Hung Phat has poured big investment into machines and technology to make good and diversified products to meet both local and international clients’ taste.

The firm’s director Nguyen Ngoc Hai said “To deepen and expand market share of our product, we will make hi-tech products in the coming time. We will boost the application of advance management methods and maximally save production costs to gain high profits. Particularly, we will join hands with some partners for our privatisation to intensify financial capacity and expand the consumption market. Additionally, we have also focused on customer care services. Furthermore, we have boosted advertisement programmes to promote the products. Currently, the products are exported to the EU and the US.

He stressed that cooperation will help enterprises overcome difficulties and develop the economy. While the government is seeking ways to curb inflation, businesses are looking for outlets for their products to maintain production in the context of the global economy. Most of Vietnamese wood processors and producers, who have to sell products via intermediary firms and use manual labour, are facing a fierce competition not only in the local market but also in the world. As for exports, we see that several companies have reduced prices regardless of profits, leading to unfair race. As a result, companies and labourers will suffer from loss as this may cause bankruptcy for the firms, pushing their staffs to unemployment. This is also a typical weakness of Vietnamese businesses.

“I think that the association should tighten control over companies, making them join hands more closely to deal with challenges and create a fair competition environment in the business community. This will help ensure labourers’ livelihood to boost the economy as the labour force is a decisive factor for sustainable economic development,” Mr. Hai proposed.
