Export Handicraft & Furniture Expo 2009 to Open Late April

To introduce and display handicrafts, furniture and souvenirs made by Vietnamese enterprises to potential customers and partners, the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) collaborated with the HCM City Handicraft & Wood Industry Association (HAWA) and Vietnam Handicraft Villages Association to open the “Export Handicraft and Furniture Expo 2009” at the Export Showroom at 92 - 96 Nguyen Hue Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City from April 24 to July 1, 2009.

 

This event will exhibit fine-art handicrafts, porcelains, woodwork, bamboo items, glass, embroideries, gifts and households which are made for export. This is a trade promotion programme which combines three methods of on-spot export marketing, online export marketing and electronic information portal.

 

Exhibitors will be introduced to international importers and attended themed workshops.
