Kazakhstan and Vietnam have agreed to ink a framework trade and economics agreement as co-efforts to further expand the bilateral trade, the government of Vietnam said on its Website.

The common consensus was reached by Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev on the sidelines of the Boao forum in China's Hainan province.

Two-way trade was modest at US$100 million last year, far from reaching the potentials of the two countries, Mr Dung noted.

PM Dung delivered a speech at the Boao forum and was optimistic that China's economy will lead the recovery in the world.

Mr Dung also had a meeting with Chinese counterpart Wen. (chinhphu.vn)
