Dang Luu Dental Limited Company has become the biggest and the most modern dental centre in Ho Chi Minh City since it was set up in 2005.
 
With the slogan of “Equipping modern equipment and facilities and training professional staffs to best serve patients at competitive and reducible prices” and an airy space, Dang Luu Dental’s staffs always provide attentive and hospitable care to patients. Almost staffs of the company are well trained and many of them have been undertaking training courses at odental-maxillo-facial wards, medical and pharmaceutical universities in Vietnam and foreign countries like France and the U.S.
 
Dang Luu Dental carries out high-tech treatment of tooth implanting, tooth and jaw orthopedics and some dental aesthetic services, which need the most modern equipment and facilities to make all patients feel secure when using the services. The company has bought many modern facilities like world leading LAN and Internet-connected dental chairs and Soft - Start tooth fillers to facilitate tooth decay and aesthetic tooth filling services. Particularly, Dang Luu Dental always uses closed dental care process and tools of check-up equipment, tooth borers, sprayers and tooth pullers are used once. All the equipment is sterilized in the central sterilization room under the U.S.-based UCLA University’s standards. In addition, Dang Luu Dental has treatment room that is equipped with a ultraviolet ray-sterilized system and advanced air conditioners, which help attract a lot of domestic and foreign clients.
 
Doctor Nguyen Quang Tien, the company’s director who formerly worked at the Odental-Maxillo-Facial ward of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy has undertaken postgraduate training course on progressive dental orthopaedics in Santa Ana- California, dental care in France and tooth implanting at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He attributed the company’s achievements to equipment of modern facilities, regular professional training for staffs, which make patients feel secure and happy when using the services.
 
Being one of leaders of the dental sector, Doctor Tien is worried about leadership and management of dental consulting rooms and hospitals in Vietnam that is still unprofessional as almost doctors have not yet undertaken training in management and are puzzled over human resource and financial management. He hoped for more cooperation between managers and professional doctors in the near term.
