HUT, Panasonic Close Embedded Software Development Course 2009

Hanoi University of Technology (HUT) and Panasonic R&D Centre Vietnam (PRDCV) recently held the Closing Ceremony of Embedded Software Development Course (Panasonic – sponsored Class) 2009 in the Hall of Hanoi University of Technology. This is the third successive year Panasonic and HUT co-organized this course in Vietnam.Panasonic and HUT co-organized this course in Vietnam.
 
The objective of P-class is to provide training for talented engineers in the area of embedded software. About 30 undergraduates are selected each year for the course through an examination process. Panasonic dispatches their experts and engineers to join with HUT lecturers in teaching the class, in which textbooks, educational materials and equipments are provided by Panasonic. Panasonic also plans to accept excellent students of the course for internship at Panasonic R&D Center Vietnam Co., Ltd – one of Panasonic Group companies in Vietnam – and other companies in the Corporation in Japan.
 
Associate Professional Doctor Nguyen Canh Luong, Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Technology, said: “P-class, with practical training contents lectured by Panasonic Vietnam experts and engineers together with HUT lecturers, has a significant meaning in attaching our training mission to real production and research practice of one of the world’s leading electronics group. Being selected to P-class is indeed a very good opportunity for the future engineers of Hanoi University of Technology. We believe that holding education activities like P-class contributes to the development of Information Technology and Software Industry in Vietnam.”
