Asean Capital, a wholly U.S.-owned financial service and investment company, wants to provide consultancy services for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Asia-Pacific region, especially to those in Vietnam, on raising capital and in listing on the U.S. stock exchange.

Chairman of Asean Capital, Larry L. Eastland, made the statement at a meeting with Vietnam’s Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Nguyen Duc Kien, August 24.

The meeting aimed to discover Vietnam’s view on capital mobilization via stock markets and to map out its strategies, the People’s Deputy newspaper said.

Asean Capital serves all demands of enterprises, ranging from financial consultancy, capital arrangement, strategy planning and expert assistance in marketing and public relations, Eastland said.

The company now has offices in the U.S., Hong Kong and Vietnam. (People’s Deputy)
