Foreigners Required to Have $15M to Set up Universities in Vietnam
Foreign investors who want to establish universities in Vietnam must have a capital of at least $15 million, reported the An Ninh Thu Do newspaper, quoting the Ministry of Education and Training’s regulation.
The new regulation is part of ministry’s new draft on education cooperation with foreign partners.
Vietnam is opening door to foreign investors to invest in its education sector.
