Vietnam Imports US$2.7B PCs, Electronics, Spare Parts in Jan-Sept

Vietnam spent US$2.7 billion on importing computers, electronics and spares in the first nine months of 2009, down 0.6% from a year earlier, the General Statistic Office (GSO) said recently.
In September, the country imported US$410 million worth of the products, rising 21.3% on-month.
Meanwhile, Vietnam reaped US$1.92 billion from computers, electronics and spare parts, equaling last year’s figure, including US$270 million in Sept., up 4.24% on-month. (GSO)
