DIC Corp Will Build $471M Urban Area Project in North Vietnam
Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corp (DIC Corp) said that it will build an urban area project that costs VND8.7 trillion ($470.8 million) in the northern province of Vinh Phuc December 17.
The Nam Vinh Yen urban area project which will cover a site of 446.92 hectares in northern town of Vinh Yen will be built for 15 years from 2006.
The firm will also start building Bac Vung Tau urban area project costing VND2.275 trillion in the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau this month to provide visitors with four-star hotels and resort together with supporting services.
DIC Corp which has 37 members working in different industries expects to raise its registered capital by 43% to VND1 trillion in the first quarter next year. (DIC)
