Vietinbank to Finance VND846B to Park City Hanoi Project
Vietnam JS Bank for Industry and Trade (CTG), or Vietinbank, will lend VN846 billion to the Park City project developed by the Vietnam International Urban Development JS Company in Hanoi.
The Hanoi-based bank said in a statement it signed a contract on the credit with the urban developer in Hanoi on January 29.
Covering a total area of 77.4 hectares in Ha Dong district, the Park City Hanoi project will have an investment of VND1.5 trillion with 50% to be lent from banks.
Construction of the Park City Hanoi is scheduled to start in March.
Vietnam International Urban Development JSC was established in March 2008 by Vinaconex Hoang Thanh Urban Investment and Development JSC, Perdana Park City Co (Singapore) and Vietnamese overseas individual Pham Duc Trung Kien. (vietinbank, Investment)
