Renewing Certificates of Free Sales for Goods
The Prime Minister has recently issued the Decision No. 10/2010/QD-TTg dated February 10, 2010, providing the granting of the certificate of free sales (CFS) for imports and exports, effective from May 1, 2010.
Accordingly, domestically made products for export will be granted CFSs at the request of exporters and satisfy current standards. CFSs will be valid for two years.
CFSs are licensed in less than five working days since applicants submit their valid dossiers. However, they can be revoked by competent agencies if traders violate regulations on receipt, competence, and standards.
