VNEUs - Prestigious Academic Forum in Vietnam

The overall target of the Vietnam Network for Economic Universities (VNEUs) is to enhance the capacity of training and scientific research on economics and business administration through cooperation activities.

 

Specific objectives that VNEUs is pursuing are to become a bridge to promote cooperation of its members in training, scientific research, consulting, academic exchanges and other areas, study and develop school-to-school credit training system, and expand cooperation of its members with outsiders.

 

VNEUs will also a place for its members to share and use information to become a reliable forum in Vietnam and the region.

 

Currently, around 40 universities and institutes in the country register to joint VNEUs. The formation of economic university and training institute networks is initially a success.

 

Firstly, the positive effect of small universities is to access useful information in broader environments. Many schools can cooperate and exchange teachers and students can change their schools easily.

 

Secondly, universities can join hands to promote collective intellectuality or carry out researches of common interests.

 

Thirdly, international cooperation activities will also deployed by a association that gathers universities.

 

Therefore, the establishment of VNEUs will create conditions for universities to develop and will be the symbol for the cooperation for mutual development and healthy competition. And over all, the formation of VNEUs is an important step to found the Association of Universities in Vietnam, a step that all countries with developed education must go through.
