The prioritised sections will be Hanoi-Vinh and Saigon-Nha Trang. The country plans to start building Vinh-Danang section by 2030 and finish it by 2035. It will take trains one hour and 24 minutes to run from Hanoi to vinh and one hour and 30 minutes from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang.
