Established in 2006, Viet Han Trading - Advertising - Construction - Real Estate Co. Ltd quickly made significant progress and gained a strong foothold in both domestic and international real estate markets. However, with its aspirations for reaching new highs, Viet Han is still striving to promote its internal strengths to expand cooperation with domestic and international partners.
The company’s main business lines are real estate brokerage, housing business, construction consultancy, procurement consultancy, project management, and real estate consulting services, among others. At present, Viet Han Trading - Advertising - Construction - Real Estate Co., Ltd has expanded its business presence to both northern and southern regions of the country with sizeable projects. The company actively links foreign investors with the Vietnamese real estate market to carry out projects of national significance. The success of a company is built on three advantages, namely relations, money and technology. Fortunately, Viet Han possesses and utilises all three elements of success, and has made striking breakthroughs. Notably, in 2009, while other companies were adversely affected by the global financial crisis and economic recession, the company took this chance to expand. Notwithstanding the recession, Viet Han also promotes corporate restructuring, recruitment, training and development of high quality human resources and expands the list of customers and potential partners, both Vietnamese and international.
The above-mentioned proud successes are built not only on abundant financial resources and the motivated, enthusiastic and responsible workforce, but also on the carefully prepared development strategy and guidelines for all activities. With the 3C strategy, namely Communication (accurate information and feedback), Collaboration (close coordination) and Contribution (contributions for working completion), Viet Han has strengthened the motivation and upgraded the competency of its workforce, as they drive the development and success of the company.
Over the past four years, with the continuous effort for renovation and self-perfection, Viet Han Trading - Advertising - Construction - Real Estate Co., Ltd has quickly become known among foreign investors with its big projects in both northern and southern regions, including Tam Nong Sport Tourism Urban Centre (area: 2,050 ha; investment: US$1,466 million), Castle Plaza - Hanoi (area: 12.5 hectares; investment: US$750 million), Long Dien Skypark Urban Project (area: 92 ha; investment: US$330 million), Viet Han Residential Projects 1, 3 and 5 in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, Cu Chi Trading Village in Ho Chi Minh City (area: 335 ha; investment: US$67 million). One of the best known projects is the Tam Nong Sport Tourism Urban Centre. This land site, belonging to Tam Nong district, Phu Tho province, is planned and constructed to become a world-class complex of eco-tourism, recreation and sport, becoming a “dream green space” for urban dwellers. The project is oriented to meet all the requirements of luxurious, eco-friendly housing and weekend resort, with multiple sports and recreation centres including a golf course and a horse racing track. The project has a light footprint, with structures blending into the background of hills interposed in green forests. Some small springs and natural lakes appear here and there. Balancing business convenience and the natural environment, the primary impression is of natural sightseeing, while the well-designed construction projects demonstrate the durable and long term planning.
Apart from implemented projects, the company will kick off a big project in District 2, a downtown district in Ho Chi Minh City. Besides, according to the development strategy for the 2009 - 2015 period, Viet Han will carry out many projects across the country. By 2020 when its projects are put into operation, they will bring in practical benefits for both investors and localities.
The real estate market is forecast to undergo many challenges and witness numerous opportunities in the year 2010. Throughout, Viet Han expects to continue outperforming its peers.
