On November 30, Knight Frank Vietnam officially opened the Property Centre at 40 Phan Boi Chau - Hanoi, the first international business concept in the real estate sector in Vietnam.

The Knight Frank Property Centre is the “One Stop Shop‟ for anyone in Hanoi looking to view properties for sale. There will be an exciting menu of developments from across the country in a 200 square meter exhibition area. Exclusive advisory services from the professionally trained Knight Frank team will offer customers a selection of properties which exactly meets their needs.

John Gallander, Country Managing Director of Knight Frank Vietnam, said, “Knight Frank prides itself on being forward thinking, innovative and a trusted partner when it comes to selling investment and development real estate. We are very excited to launch The Knight Frank Property Centre. It is a cutting edge concept that has brought huge success for our clients on an international level and we are sure that this will continue here in Hanoi.”

All available spaces at the Knight Frank Property Centre are now filled with qualified developers prior to the opening date, which indicates a bright future for this business concept in Vietnam. Founding members of the Knight Frank Property Centre are Indochina Land, CapitaLand, Grand Capital, PVC Hong Ha, Venesia, Nova Land and Havana, just to name a few.

The Knight Frank Property Centre will also provide all agents in Hanoi with a five star work environment where they can bring their clients, show off exciting projects for sale, and know that the Knight Frank specialist project sales team will look after them and their clients and they will be well paid for any purchases their clients may make.

Ross Lightfoot, Head of Residential Sales and Marketing for Knight Frank Vietnam, said, “The Property Centre is about encouraging the whole industry to work together rather than the common method of closing doors to outside agents in fear of losing a sale. Knight Frank understands it is better to make a sale in partnership with others than to not make a sale at all.”

The Property Centre concept is long overdue in Vietnam. Vietnamese property buyers are becoming far more educated and experienced. Their tastes are changing, as are their shopping expectations when looking for property. The Property Centre concept delivers convenience and saves time for the buyers.

The professionally trained Knight Frank sales team brings a never before seen level of professionalism to the buying process.

The presence of Knight Frank in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City has enhanced its strong network in the Asia Pacific Region. The company currently employs over seventy people with decades of property experience both in Vietnam and internationally.
