Vinaconex - ITC is realising the dream of turning Cat Ba Island into Asia’s new destination by carrying out Cat Ba Amatina project in Cai Gia Bay, Cat Ba Island, the beautiful emerald island, and the world biosphere reserve in Hai Phong City to become a world-class high-grade resort, marina and casino complex.
