Vietnam Completes Sustainable Development Orientations for 2011-2020
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan recently assigned the Ministry of Planning and Investment to complete orientations for Vietnam’s sustainable development in the 2011 - 2020 period to submit to the Prime Minister for approval.
These orientations will be based on the Vietnam Socioeconomic Development Strategy in 2011-2020 and the Orientation on Vietnam Sustainable Development Strategy.
The ministry should also consider the possibility of establishing a sustainable development assistance fund, and build up an action plan for the realization of these orientations and submit it to the PM in December.
