PM Orders Speedy Administrative Procedure Reform

The PM has instructed ministries, and municipal and provincial People’s Committees nationwide to speed up administrative procedure reform to facilitate socioeconomic development.

 

The PM has required ministries to deal with difficulties and obstacles faced by localities, especially Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Da Nang and Can Tho.

 

The ministries and committees should timely send updated administrative procedures to the National Database on Administrative Procedures. Besides, they should promptly publicize approved administrative procedure-related decisions at offices of state agencies at various levels…
