Celebrating the 39^th National Day of Singapore

The Republic of Singapore’s Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City on August 9 held its 39^th national day ceremony at Equatotial Hotel with the participation of Huynh Thanh Lap, Vice Chairman of the city’s People’s Committee, representatives of other countries’ consulates and Vietnamese and Singaporean enterprises.

Addressing the ceremony, Mr Ang Chay Chuan, Consulate General of Singapore, showed his appreciation of the bilateral relationship between the two countries in recent years. On behalf of local authorities, Mr Huynh Thanh Lap congratulated Singapore on its national day, highlighted the successful operations of Singaporean enterprises in the city and expressed his hope that the relationship would continue to flower between the two countries.
